The Future as I see.


I been searching over the net, how the future is gonna be, modern science technology, until now visited almost 100 sites and seen 1000s of futuristic concepts but only 30 percent to me gonna make. So I came up with this idea to share How I predict the future technologies.

1. Today Fastest way to travel is jet planes, but in near future,Tube Capsules in Tunnel will travel approx 3000 miles per hour, under the ocean and this has been introduced as a conceptional idea of traveling faster, safer, efficient and Convenient . It won’t take long to see this in reality in Europe. Next time  if anyone going on trip, Your question would be Are you doing by Road,  By Air , By Train , By Road Or By Tube.

2.  In future there’ll be elections and separate government for the Internet. Country courts will no longer deal with cyber crimes but cyber courts, Internet will have it’s own Constitutional Laws and Punishment, meanwhile  Candidates from all countries will be cyber ambassadors even there will be The Present of the Internet.

3.  In future Virtual Reality  & 3D Technology  holograms the entire soccer stadium & it will be streamed live through out the world,people will watch as it’s happening there. It would be hard to find a difference which one is real.

4.  In Future people instead of being big fans of Music they will enjoy silence ” Mind Therapy “. It would be a new genre of music for which soothing sounds of the nature will play the role.

5. In Future, Human Cloning will be legalized. ( Like Father Like Son)

6. In Future Army  will send Artificial Intelligence Robotic Troops to find in battle field.  ( Yea I saw that in the movie  Terminator 2 )

7. In Future, Clothing fashion would add a new multi color changing dresses, which would be able to deform and reform depending on the person’s choice on that particular time.

8. In Future usage of paper will be banned not even for currency. Replacement would be with touch screen, nor there’ll be new books printed.  Save Trees.

9. In Future the cigarettes will be healthy diet, Vitamins and fruits flavors available in wide range.

10. The Artificial Blood will take place of existing need of different blood groups, it will not only fill the need of RBC and WBC but also it will eliminate any effective cells in the blood inside human body.

11. In Future, Iron Steel gonna be expensive than 21 Caret Gold.  ”NOT OF THIS EARTH”

12. In Future, any thing theft or stolen would be easy to find and recover because all the gadgets , Jewelery, Diamond Rings, Valuable Item will have GPS molecules so tiny that one cannot see with naked eye and will not require battery power but Temperature Power adjusted to individual who owns it by Insurance Companies.

13. In Future, The Motor Vehicles wheels will provide the energy required to run it, instead of the air in the wheels, HHO2 Hydrogen Helium  and water will chain react while wheel spin to generate power.

14. In Future, Instead of Batteries and other home appliance , self charging and discharging Biotech  feature built in the items.  Batteries will be banned as explosive hazardous on which criminal violent act will be introduced.

15. In Future, Knowledge will be inserted in a micro chip connected with neuron veins, Even a 7 Years old kid gonna be Graduate.

16. In Future, Most of the people will work from home or else where but not office, each one gets paid according to the cyberwage salary law with in restrictive hours to work in a week. ” Only thing which would matter, How Quick and Smartly you work”.

17. In Future, A new religions will reform, for the cyber world ” Internet ” they might call it Cyberism ( Cybeing ) or Netisum. Since The Internet has whole wide verity of things in it.

18. In Future, An Individual will live 2 lives at a time one in Reality and the Other in Cyberworld. The Brains neurons will be linked all the time transmit signals with Cyberworld.

(Insanity and universe has no limits ! right Cause even the War between Real World and Cyberworld will take place, violation of treaty).

19. People will no longer use Internet Search Engine like Google or Yahoo. it would be waste of time typing and searching when information is just a thought away.

20. In future human beings will be able to defend against natural disasters, By the help of Controlling Earth Core Crust  and Clouds Monitoring Protocols.

25. In Future, Aging process will be in control, people will dire to look older instead of being younger. Skin Cells deprecation of the Trees and Animals will be the source of improving or sustaining immune system.

Folks, I see the future in both ways, brighter better and deadly darker as well, I didn’t mentioned the dark side and these 2o from which 17 are my own predictions of the future. Yet this world hasn’t been smarter nor efficient but it’s a human nature to transform from past history and reform in innovative future. Let’s see how it turns out to be in the future.

Bhoja Air Flight 213 Crash & CAA.

On 20 April 2012, approx 18:40 pm, Flight 213 lost the contact with control tower, a Boeing 737-200 (AP-BKC), Bhoja Air Flight 213 carrying 127 people on a flight from Karachi’s Jinnah International Airport destined for Islamabad’s Benazir Bhutto International Airport crashed near Chaklala killing all on board. Pakistani Defence Ministry officials believe that the plane crashed into a remote residential area. There were also bad weather conditions, with lightning and rain pouring at the time of landing. Eye-witness reports say that the aircraft was already on fire on its landing approach before it crashed.Initial reports suggest that as the pilots of Bhoja Air Flight B4-213 attempted to land amidst rain and strong winds, the unlucky aircraft might have flown into an unexpected wind shear that possibly smashed it on the ground below. The aircraft had been retired by Shaheen Air, due to not having sufficient Engine thrust power, which led this plane to be grounded just a month back the same plane acquired and placed in service by Bhoja Air in March 2012.

The CAA officials knew that the plane is grounded due to technical faults, The Engine of this Boeing 737-200 had Thrust Combustion Issue,  Even than it was given the clearance which shows how irresponsible Civil Aviation Authority is, Control Tower lost the contact with the plane but, before that Air Traffic Controlcould have warned the pilot of the flight 213 not to

land and divert the flight to Lahore, which would have saved the lives of 127 People, Air Traffic Control did not made any attempt knowing that the weather is not suitable to land since ATC received twice warning from Metrologies Department that Cloudy and Winds from North are not suitable for allowing Flights to Land or Take off, Metrologies Department, First gave the warning at 1500 PST and revised it at 1800 PST, Officials at Air Traffic Control were aware of the weather situation while Flight 213 was getting closer to make a final approach, ATC given the permission to land, which we all seen and know that Flight 213 Landing gear was down means wheels were out  before eye witness said “ they saw flames of fire falling down

Now lets go point to point and see how it happened.

1. Meteorologist Department Informed Air Traffic Control at 1500 PST, That weather is not sufficient to land or to take off.

  ( Weather Warning 1500 PST to ATC Islamabad AirPort )

2. Meteorologist Department revised again given the same weather warning at 1800 PST that weather is not suitable for next an hour but ATC did not follow instruction  Some Flights Took off and Authorized to land ( Ignored the Weather Warning )

3. Flight 213 must have been informed about Weather Warning is not suitable to land,  ATC Ignored the warning and given clearance, authorized Flight 213 to land, That’s when Pilot turned Landing Gear DOWN. “ Means Wheels Open “

4. Pilot of Flight 213 and Control Tower Ignored weather warning  did not told the Pilot to divert the flight route toLahore.

5. Flight 213 ignored the warning because in various conditions Pilots are experienced to land. And beside it private airlines save the fuel charges by not diverting.

6. It is obvious that the clearance was given to land because The Landing Gear were Down, means Aircraft is hardly 250kmph or 170 knots and constantly slowing down to make proper landing approach.

7. Particularly this aircraft was grounded was almost 10 years by Shaheen Air due to Technical Fault ” Engine Thrust ” It is important to have balanced thrust engine power when landing specially in bad weather condition.

8. Since it was ignored the Technical Fault by CAA and ATC given the clearance, Flight 213 was coming in direction of RUNWAY

9. In Islamabad ” ATC is still using old system ” ILS300 ” Instrument Landing System 300 means Aircraft should be in range of 300 meters to be fully engaged, which this aircraft wasn’t, after being engaged with ILS300 Radars and Aircraft’s instruments do the final adjustments to make easier and safer approach.

0. At 1840 PST Flight 213 went down, eye witness said flame of the fireball came down “mid air explosion ” it would be stupidity to believe lighting struck, but it caught in easy term The Air Pocket, which made the plane STALL jammed and with in no time it lost the altitude, Pilot tried to increase thrust power ” because engine which I saw  on the TV looked like had been through a hard time before being crashed. (Plane gets out of control only when it STALLS) due to very slow flaps 20, Rest the wind from the north played it’s part to bring it down, in seconds perhaps it would have been able to recover MAYBE if the thrust were fine but before this it is ATC Officials who authorized this plane to land.

Many People have this thing on their mind that Aircraft was Old, well tell you the truth It doesn’t matter, what matters is the maintenance which CAA checks approves it before it gets back for the service. There is no Emergency Setup forget the word Proper but no at all at theBenazirBhuttoInternationalAirport, Air Traffic Control officials should be  held questionable as well as Civil Aviation Authorities for showing ignorance and irresponsibility.

One of the worst thing which I saw, a day after Shaheen Air’s 2 Aircrafts were almost repeating the same, one at the time of landing and other one at the time of fuel filling, President ordered to inspect all the private Airline’s Fleet. They been grounded for 4 days, eventually what happened, did they came up on Media and told people which one was defective? Why would they when  The Corruption is working well in the Air too. Such a shame for Government for careless and keep repeating mistakes.

The History  Of Bhoja Air.

On7 November 1993, Bhoja Air started operations on domestic routes betweenKarachi,LahoreandQuettawith a dry leased Boeing 737-200. It was registered inPakistanmaking Bhoja the first private airline in the country to operate a Western manufactured aircraft. Bhoja Air is a privately owned airline of the Bhoja Group of Companies with its head office at Shahrah–e-Liaquat,Karachiand corporate offices at KDA Scheme No 1. In 1996, it signed a deal with the handling agent group OGDENS with complete ground handling equipment atKarachi, capable of handling Boeing 747s. In the same year another sister company, Pakistan Aviators and Aviation located atAllamaIqbalInternationalAirport,Lahorewas purchased[by whom?], along with a hotel for passenger stop-overs.

On24 January 1998Bhoja Air commenced international flights fromKarachitoDubai. Later, Bhoja Air operated flights to the U.A.E from all major cities ofPakistan. However due to financial difficulties, Bhoja Air suspended its operations in 2000, although its airline licence issued by CAA – Pakistan remained valid and it maintained a fully functional headquarters office in Karachi and a flight ops and ramp office at Karachi Jinnah International.

M. Farouk Omar Bhoja is the non-executive Chairman of the airline and has a 5% shareholding in the entity; Zeeshan M. Karimi and Mazahir Hassan hold 7.5% each; and the remaining controlling interest is held by Arshad Jalil and his family.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

ACQUISITION OF AIRCRAFT

The operator shall have minimum three aircraft registered inPakistanto avoid inconvenience to the traveling public.

For operations withPakistanregistered aircraft, Airworthiness Directorate will issue the Certificate of Registration and Certificate of Airworthiness. ( DG CAA did not told Certificate of Airworthiness was issued again or not )

For maintenance and certification of aircraft, Director Airworthiness may be consulted for guidance on applicable requirements and procedures.

Wet lease aircraft induction from foreign countries would be allowed only in an extra-ordinary circumstances i.e. unforeseen surge in the market demand or sudden shortage of the operator’s capacity due accident / incident of aircraft. Wet lease permission of foreign registered aircraft shall not be more than 90 days unless satisfied the Director General CAA.

For foreign registered aircraft, a transfer agreement between the State of Registry and State of Operator is required to be concluded (before the commercial agreement between the lessor and lessee operator) under Article 83 (bis) of the Chicago Convention read with Civil Aviation Rule 368-A. The “Author and OPI” for the transfer agreement will be the Chief Legal Services, CAA.

Renewal of the License by CAA

RENEWAL OF RPT (AIRLINE) LICENCE

The License holder (Licensee) shall apply to the Director Air Transport, HQ CAA,Karachion the Company Letterhead application Form where applicable for renewal with appropriate Licence renewal fee as per AT FEE SCHEDULE at least 45 days before expiry of the license. In case of failure, the holder, in addition to the normal fee shall pay surcharge Rs 20,000/- per month or part thereof. In case of receipt of application for renewal after expiry of the license, no waiver or extension to the license shall be granted until approval of the Competent Authority i.e. Federal Government is being sought or waiver/extension granted by the DG CAA in the National and General Public interest.

On receipt of the application, Air Transport Directorate shall seek comments / no objection of the CAA specialist directorates i.e. Finance, Flight Standards and Airworthiness and if applicable / required of Legal directorate.

If there are any CAA outstanding (aeronautical / non – aeronautical) dues against the licencee/operator or any other objections, the licencee should clear the same before renewal of the license unless agreed by the Director General CAA or the Federal Government.

On receipt of the no objection of the concerned directorates, approval of the Director General shall be sought and the matter shall be referred to the Federal Government for approval.

On receipt of the approval of the Federal Government, the license shall be renewed by the Air Transport Directorate.

The question is now is it only Bhoja’s mistake or CAA too? Why ATC ignored the Weather Warning and We haven’t heard that any initiative taken against ATC Officials. If we really want to fix these issues, these questions needs to be answered without it no Aircraft no matter Bhoja or PIA is not safe in Pakistani Territory. There should be Independent Teams to Investigate the crash of Flight 213. There should be International Aviation Team of Inspection called to certify these aircrafts including PIA. People of this nation don’t trust Government and the way DG CAA gave the press statement showed me how responsible person he is. We must demand what is fair, we are not asking to bring US Marines but Independent International Team of Aviation Experts to Inspect so we know are we going to reach the other side safely or…….

How Non custom paid Vehicle gets Registered


There are always two ways, one legal and the other illegal but how to make illegal, legal that’s what experts in corruption does being in departments what I am pointing at is, Vehicles from Afghanistan entering in Pakistan without paying custom duty and getting Computerized Registration In Karachi , Punjab , KP , Balochistan and Islamabad the Capital. In Pakistan almost 80 percent of the people know that Vehicles like Trucks Chassis, Toyota Corollas, Parado Jeeps, Mitsubishi Pajero 5 door/3 Door, 22 seater Vans, and list goes on, they come from across the border, at less than half of the price.

If you have good links in Government Go see and book yourself which ever you want and it will be delivered at your doorstep. no matter where you live in Pakistan, this smuggling has a quite long history when they are delivered to you, they are not registered, so after which you contact people in Excise Department Motor Registration Wing where from Clerk till ETO ( Excise & Taxataion Officer) is involved, even till Director and Minister. Thing is How do they do this it, in this Computer age.  well simple, take a example of Karachi Registration number  sequence for Cars is like ZZZ-999  ”If the Series is ZAA – 000 than it will start from ZAA-000 till ZAA – 999 in which 1000 vehicles will be computerized registered. Now what happens, people at department, skip few numbers from series like ZAA-435 , ZAA-674 etc.. When any non custom paid vehicle comes to get registered, It is evaluated by Make Model and Year Since Babe is about to become legalized. They have prefix charges without Custom file so lets say you bought Toyota Corolla 2007 which cost you 400,000 Rupees from Afghan brder, Registration will take 250,000 or 300,000 Rupees. In which not only it will be on the record “Computer” but they might provide you the Import File Custom paid documentation, It depends.

Once it’s done Toyota Corolla is ready to rumble on the roads with Registration, less or very weak chances of being caught why, because this vehicle is not stolen in Pakistan and did not came through proper channel so Custom does not have any record of it. People do this business buy from there, get it registered and than sell it on the showroom, because it costs you around 750k or maybe 800k  or 8 Lacs, but the actual value of this vehicle is more than 1.4 million 14 Lacs, at showroom it worth same as Legally imported Vehicle of same make and model year. Easily profit more than 6 lacs. thats just assumption when it comes to Jeeps It’s in Millions.

Excise Ministry , Director , AETO , ETO’s are aware of all this but none is honest and let it happen at times they close this underway when FIA and other departments keep an eye on them, later again they carry on with the flow, once the number is in Computer means, It’s Valid and can be sold without hesitation. This corruption is going on ever since Excise and Taxation Motor Wing came in shape. well Vehicles don’t make much as much Property does. hopefully next time ill share how corruption in Property Tax and Registration works here in Pakistan.

I personally don’t follow any political party, but I only support those who are in favor of my country  Pakistan, I been keeping an eye on events happening and I share my views with people as well as senior journalists, I am still learner and will remain but I am sure that all mighty Allah has blessed Pakistan with so much potential and talented skillful people and the Youth.

There are people in Journalism, corrupt and supporting political parties, knowing the facts and that eventually it will make a bad impact on the image of Pakistan and hell of lies while bank accounts are filled with black money Bribe, In every institution there are good and bad people and this is how it goes on, but wrong ones wouldn’t be able to defend when Youth will trial them because I believe in the Young Youth of this Country from which even the Super Power as United States is afraid.

No Matter what people say what ever is happening in Pakistan I am sure Youth is not in favor of War but Peace, Justice and they understand the responsibilities well.  I enjoy sharing with you all and hopefully will continue to share a level ahead very soon because my focus is clear there is no doubt or thief in my heart when it’s about Pakistan. for me this is where I born and this is where I want to die,  I love my County and will keep on sharing with as many I can.

Media Channels immature and irresponsible.


Yesterday, just as the plane crashed, All the Pakistani Local Media Channels got into the race of scoring who gets more story, They were showing Body Parts where the plane crashed and commenting on it, Coverage kept continued showing  inappropriate contents, which is shameful. This is what we call Free Media and the independence by openly violating the rules and regulations and breaking the code of conduct into pieces of Pakistan Electronic Media Regulation Authority (PEMRA). I blame the media for being so disgusting and pathetic.

The Worst Part is, they are Internationally broad casted and just as plane crashed they reached there and started reporting without thinking how families of those people must be thinking, to see what they were showing, GEO TV , Express News , Waqt , Saama Tv, ARY News, DUNYA News, Hell every single of both was acting like an insane idiot. I know This is Pakistan even if they get accused for this for violating the Rules and Regulation and showing inappropriate contents live they will pay the fine and move on, simply Yeah! We don’t give a Damn. There is no Sensible Punishment nor Act by PEMRA and I don’t see PEMRA People are sitting there controlling anything instead Deleting and blocking the web and the news about their own Government and specially all the corruption they have done, removing all the evidence. Pakistan Telecom Authority PTA stands shoulder to shoulder with PEMRA, because one controls media and the other does the Internet. While all the non sense was being telecast Live and Streamed on Youtube and various other sites.

There are no moral ethics of this non sense media which hasn’t grown up at all, instead of being reasonable and responsible they are violate and do the opposite, well know as Mafia, they never do anything which people want to see, already there is a list of complaints by People of Pakistan on their Shows and anchors but still it does not seems like PEMRA or any Court has any way to do anything Legally against them. literally Media Channels should be banned in Pakistan, State Owned ( Pakistan Television ) PTV was the best least people at home were not seeing horrifying scenes and dramatized stories. Media Is Mafia seeing TV with kids has became one of the worst thing any sensible person can do here in Pakistan .

 

Shame on media for the immature and irresponsible way of coverage. Seriously over here it does not seem like there is any Law exists, yeah Only for common man, POLICE when it comes to Bribe or else get beaten up like shit rest who care’s honey this is Pakistan.

The MD of Bhoja Air is the same person, who was CEO of Shaheen Air, CAA officials knowing that plane is grounded due to technical reasons, even than it was given clearance which shows the irresponsibility of the CAA Department, Control Tower lost the contact with the plane but, before that ATC could have warned the plane not to permit it to land and redirect it to Lahore or any other destination which Air Traffic Control did not and given clearance to the plane to land. One of the Technical reason which hasn’t been corrected by ATC is International Landing System (ILS) Still at Benazir Bhutto International Airport they are using ILS 300 which is not good as ILS 0. The ILS 300 means until the plane is not in radius of 300 meters of the ILS plane is not engaged with ATC 100 percent. When are they going to correct their own irresponsible technical issues, I just wonder why CAA and ATC is involved in not just Bhoja Air but 20 months back Air Blue Flight which took lives of 166 Passengers.

Through out the Europe and United States, Boeing 737-200 is outdated, Banned and even The Boeing Company does not provide any technical assistance nor parts for these Air Crafts models, but still these 737-200 are in the Fleet of Domestic Airlines like : Air Blue and  Bhoja Air.  With in 2 Years this is the second incident which has happened neither ILS been upgraded to make Landing Safer, There is no Emergency Setup at the Benazir Bhutto International Airport, Air Traffic Control officials been held questionable nor Civil Aviation Authorities is doing well indeed. The Corruption is working well in the Air too. Such a shame for Government for careless and keep repeating mistakes.

Giving a clearance to grounded outdated,Banned Air Crafts is a big questions on Responsible Officials, Specially to Pakistani People I would request them not to take flights specially Air Blue and Bhoja Air because their Planes are totally risky and both airlines has crashed in Capital, Islamabad.

Divide and Rule


As far I know the history, The British Empires implemented and followed this policy, not just in sub continent but almost everywhere they existed, eventually it did not worked very well on long term due to which they lost almost from all the corners of the world. Nevertheless, thou Britisher are not ruling the world as before but still this formula is handy and lethal against any developing nation specially.

Pakistan is one the victim where politics is being done over this formula, Back in mid 90′s, Karachi Army operation against Political Party MQM was blamed for separating Sindh province into two, by forming Jinnah pur, at that time Army took action and yet was it true or just an accusation, MQM leadership and Intelligence Agency must be knowing the exact facts. In Present Government Zardari’s League PPP, after 4 years being in power now they have came up with an issue which been there so several decades ” Sikraiki Province”,  The South Punjab which been ignored, PPP Claims to bring this dream to reality by separating Punjab into two, The 76 Percent Population of Pakistan is from this province. Where as Hazara People, In KPK  are demanding the same their own Province, mean while the issue of Baluchistan is still untouched, the most ignored, Biggest Province of Pakistan. Baluchistan Liberal Army is against Government of Pakistan BLA also supports SLA ” Sindhu Desh Liberal Army ” which most the people are not aware of, the one which is in favor of Sindhi People.

Just at this moment, while South Punjab issue is hot and Government may take steps forward to give identity to Siraiki People, it will spark the fire to Hazara People for their own Province ( Hazara Province ). If Government did not initiate and form that province, for Punjab Province another threat which is Potohar Province, There was a time that Christian minority in Pakistan raised their voice for their own province, unfortunately their Leader was assigned and story was buried. Pakistan is already facing challenges which seems Mission Impossible, hike of Corruption and misgoverns, Can Pakistan afford to  two new Provinces or should I say three?

This Divide and Rule formula failed in the past, instead of resolving the issues on administrative level, by dividing Pakistani’s will not get any comfort but instead hatred for each other, Politics is Violent and unfair, Judicial Law exist but does not work where it is needed, Law protectors ” Police ” is Cancer, I openly say, Britisher’s went and gifted us this 1846 Constabulary System, In my life I have never seen Pakistan in better shape, Karachi City Peacful for a month, Business and Growth Expending,Industrial development and Education Health Improvement, Let’s just be honest, Governments been cruel corrupt, what the hell is wrong with IMF and World Bank, why they been supporting and approving wrong one after another? If the system is corrupt in Pakistan and funds are not being used for the purpose they are allocated than why IMF issues them again, I haven’t seen any good. Such thing cannot continue for a long, if such steps were taken by Government of Pakistan, Dividing Provinces and making new ones than Pakistani People will Remember once they had a country Islamic Republic Of Pakistan, which fortunate or unfortunately they lost just because languages mattered more than being Pakistani.

The Failures of the government, critics, corruption, personal means are not in favor of Pakistan. In 2012, If Pakistan marked a new province than be certain that soon you will hear a call for another one, which you lead to any policy and formula ” Divide and Rule ” .
