My car stolen, on 20th august, there was generator fault in it,labor from garage down on the corner came for the keys to fix it my father told him guard downstair has the keys , he took the car and never came. so my father who is retired government servant, reported at PS Boat Basin same evening that car is missing, we waited and looked for the car alone with garage owner, when asked him do you have his home address, he said no I don’t have home address nor CNIC copy ? first question is how can he keep someone to work on his garage without having proper verification, on 28th my father and I went to police station Boat Basin Registered FIR again the labor guy and garage owner, on 8th August IO ASLAM Jutt called him did investigation and let him go along with the copy of FIR, when I asked him why did you let him go he is accused, that day you said, if car recovered well and good if not he is liable to pay the claim, so mr.Jutt took me to Mr.Munir who is inspector or in charge of investigation, I tell him the same question, he said, why should we lock him up? we have given him 2 days time to him to find labor guy and car, when I asked about claim money if not recovered he said , There is no rule in police to tell accused person to pay claim of loss? sir i was shocked to hear this.
I have already forwarded this report to channels and print media. that with in 4 hours person walked out of the PS BOAT BASIN, even given 2 days , I don’t know what for. but I am sure he will do something bail before arrest via lawyer. I am not getting justice, on 28th august Mr.Aslam Jutt satisfied me that he is responsible to pay the claim amount 6 lac ,( 600,000 )
My car is Daewoo Racer 93 / 99 registered, which had sports wheel , Australian Rims Black , DVD CD player, Dual Screens , Navigation / DVD 7 Inches , Fusion 4 channel Amp , Intense Speakers 2 Woofers, CNG , HID lights and Woofers in trunk. My Daewoo Racer was completely Modified for the Racing Purpose, it has been 16 days. to FIR 7 days but I did not get how can IO leave him when SHO was on chief justice duty. beside this some guys from garage came at my door step and knocked when I spoken to them they said come to PS BOAT BASIN, 5 guys came to tell me this in a way openly threat. like they are gangsters . suddenly Mr.Munir Inspector and IO Aslam Jutt changed statement, which shows that they have taken bribe from garage owner ARIF and released him even guided him what to do to save your self, Sir this was only car , our asset and my pet in a way. for a justice do I have to write president is this sindh police or Pakistani police works, when they said before claim he will pay if car not recovered in 15 days.
SHO PS BOAT BASIN , it has been 7 days to FIR and 16 days to car, yet they are making it more complicated , it is my humble request to call and find out why are they doing this why can’t i get my claim money if they found my car i will return him, if not in these 7 days I will buy another car. I think I been fair with them but I am expecting that you will forward this to concerned people and help me to get justice car or claim. my father’s name Ghulam farooq who registered FIR on 28th August.Kindly Call and find out , I am available when ever you want me to call. honestly sir my car is my life and I am right now not well at all, than again i went PS. but this is what you call justice? IS JUSTICE DEAD IN PAKISTAN , SHOULD I CONSIDER THIS AND BECOME ONE LIKE YOUR POLICE BRIBERY DEPARTMENT
